How much is it?
I offer three packages called the "Basic", "Standard" and "Custom". Details of each package are given below. For more details on each package see the packages section. Please feel free to contact me if you need more details.

If there are other web services that you require that aren't there on the above lists then do get in touch, even if it's just a small thing like tweaking your existing site or just a very small update like a date change on your schedule. No job too small.
Payments
All payments for work undertaken is required in advance and subject to the current terms and conditions. The only exception is the "custom" package which requires a 10% non–refundable deposit. The project is then split into phases which require approval and payment by the client before the next phase can commence. See the process page for more details.
I accept payment by cash, cheque (payable to Arup Sen), bank transfer or online with Paypal.
Refund Policy
I offer a no quibble refund on damaged or faulty goods. All the files delivered to you will be tested as working and fit for use. But some faults and bugs can go unnoticed. If you find your site code or graphics are not working properly, I will offer to fix them for free or give a full refund.
I also offer a full refund on unused items. This is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase given on your invoice. For example, if you pay in advance for a basic package and then change your mind the next day, then I will refund your money. Valid proof of purhase is required.
